These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of peaceloveprotection.com (the "Site") and the communications programs of Peace Love Protection LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Our services

Peace Love Protection LLC provides information about mortgage protection, life insurance and related insurance products. Information on the Site is general and is not an offer of coverage. Coverage is subject to the terms, underwriting and approval of the issuing insurance carrier.

SMS text messaging program

• Program: Peace Love Protection LLC text messages about your insurance inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and insurance information. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send promotional messages about insurance products.
• Consent: you opt in by checking a text message consent box on our form or by otherwise giving us your consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, call (561) 715-8659, or email rhiannon@peaceloveprotection.com.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: No data is shared/sold to third parties for marketing and promotional purposes, including SMS opt-in consent. SMS opt-in consent is not shared/sold to third parties for marketing/promotional purposes.

Calls, AI and email

If you give phone, AI and email consent, Peace Love Protection LLC, and the agents and service providers acting on its behalf, may contact you as described in our Privacy Policy, including calls and texts using an autodialer, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and AI-generated or AI-assisted voice agents and follow-up. Calls may be recorded and monitored for quality, training and compliance. You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means, including replying STOP, telling a caller to stop calling, or calling (561) 715-8659.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit our form. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that the phone number you provide is yours.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with its operation.
